The July 16, 1973, meeting of the Village of Dublin Council was called to order
by Mayor Joe Dixon. ROll call a s follows: Charles Coffman, present; Lewis
Geese, present; Charles Hicks, present; Robert Karrer, present; Gerald Macklin
present; Wilbur Ulrey, absent. The minutes of the July 2 meeting were read.
Coffman moved for approval of the minutes, Karrer seconded. All present voted
in favor.

Ordinance 41-73 amending section 541 of the Zoning code pertaining 'to Art V
the sign and bill board regulations was introduced by Karrer. The solicitor
suggested council set a new public hearing because of the minor changes in
ordin~ance as when f'rst read.
Resolution 13-73 setting a public hearing for amending the sign and billbo~rd

Coffman moved to dispense with the three time reading rule, Karrer seconded.
All present voted in favor of the motion and the resolution.
Ordinnance 42-73 fixing salary of councilmen at $25.00 per meeting "18.S intro.o..,
duced by Geese and read by the clerk. HicKs moved to dispense with the three
time reading rule, MaCklin seconded. All present voted 'n favor of the motion
and the ordinance.
Adminstrators Report Council discussed need for additional space for equip-
ment storage. Some oouncil members felt renting of storage area would be best
at this time, rather than building additional area on garage. Sheldon will
look into possibiHty. It was suggested that village consider the hiring of ,
their own electrical inspector, to be considered at future meeting. Macklin I
asked about need for i~~ediate sewer nlanning. Village engineer to be asked tol
meet with council at next meeting to discuss the beginning of sewer plans.
The mayor decnared the meeting adjourned at 9:03 PM~
