A RESOLUTION CREATING A MAYOR'S
ADVISORY TASK FORCE ON CHILD
CARE
WHEREAS, it has been determined that a fact-finding task force needs to
be created to research the child care issue in the Dublin area; and
WHEREAS, this task force will be named the Mayor's Advisory Task Force
on Child Care; and
WHEREAS, the task force shall be made up of sixteen members with representa-
tion from various community sectors as listed below:
Latchkey Representative Representative - Large Corporation
School Representative - Director Representative - Large Corporation
Elementary Education Representative - Mid-Size Corporation
City Staff - Parks and Recreation Representative - Mid-Size Corporation
City Staff - Planning Representative - Small Corporation
Child Care Professional - Profit Representative - Small Corporation
Child Care Professional - Representative - Dublin Resident
Not-for-Profit Representative - Dublin Resident
Representative - Dublin Resident
Representative - Dublin Resident
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Dublin, State
of Ohio, 7 of the elected members concurring:

Section 1. That the Mayor's Advisory Task Force on Child Care is a group
of concerned citizens, representing both public and private sectors of
the City.
Section 2. That the principal concern of the Task Force is to make
recommendations to the Dublin City Council regarding the status of
available quality child care in the City of Dublin.
Section 3. That through community outreach, research activities, and
intergovernmental coordination, the Task Force seeks to assess a wide range
of child care resources for infants, pre-schoolers, and school age children,
seeking to identify child care needs in the City and resources available
to meet those needs.
Section 4. That the Mayor's Advisory Task Force on Child Care shall convene
for no longer than one year with a recommendation report on child care in
Dublin being their final product.
Section 5. That this Resolution shall take effect and be in force from and
after the earliest period allowed by law.

DUBLIN, COUNTY OF FRANKLIN, STATE OF OHIO
situated in the State of Ohio, County of Franklin, City of
Dublin, being in Quarter Township 2, Township 2 North, Range 19
West, United States Military Lands, being a 0.119 acre area of
land, more or less, said 0.119 acre being out of land described
in the Certificate of Transfer to Berniece E. Thomas, et al (~, I
of record in Official Record 05599C08, Recorder's Office,
Franklin County, Ohio, said 0.119 acre area of land being more
particularly described as follows:
Beginning, for reference, at the centerline intersection of
Tuller Road and Riverside Drive; thence S-86.33'15"E, with the '\
centerline of said Tuller Road, a distance of 450.00 feet to the
true point of beginning at the southwesterly corner of said
Thomas land, the same being the southeasterly corner of that
tract of land designated as TRACT I and described in EXHIBIT A
of the deed to B.V.H. Associates, of record in Official Record
05811C19, Recorder's Office, Franklin County, Ohio;
Thence, from said true point of beginning, N-03026'45"E,
with the westerly line of said Thomas land and with the easterly
line of said TRACT I, a distance of 40.00 feet to a 3/4-inch
(I.D.) iron pipe;
Thence S-86033'15"E, parallel with and 40.00 feet northerly I
from, as measured at right angles, the centerline of said Tuller I
Road, a distance of 130.00 feet to a 3/4-inch (I.D.) iron pipe I
in the easterly line of said Thomas land, the same being in the I
westerly line of that 1.638 acre tract of land described in the
deed to David A. Thomas, et al (3), of record in Official Record I
08735G07, Recorder's Office, Franklin County, Ohio;

acre tract, a distance of 40.00 feet to a point in the
centerline of said Tuller Road at the southeasterly corner of

southwesterly corner of said 1.638 acre tract;

Road and with the southerly line of said Thomas land (O.R.

West, United States Military Lands, being a strip of land, ten
feet in width (0.030 acre of land, more or less), said 0.030
acre area of land being in the land described in the Certificate
of Transfer to Berniece E. Thomas, et al (4) , of record in
Official Record 05599C08, Recorder's Office, Franklin County,
Ohio, said 0.030 acre area of land being more particularly
described as follows:
