Roll call a3 follows: Charles Coffman, present; Lewis Geese, present; Charles Hicks, present: Robert Karrer, present; Gerald V~cklin, pre- sent; Wilbur Ulrey, present. The minUtes of the June 4 m-;eting were read. Coffman moved approval, Karrer seconded. All voted in favor of apnroval. ;!lilW--."",. .#. I u. Ordinance 35-73 naming Charles Weber to replace Joe King of theArchitectural Review Board for term ending in 1974 WnS introduced by Karrer and re'd by the clerk. Coffman moved to dispense i.,rith the three time re'ding rule, Ulrey seconded. All voted for the motion and the ordiance. Ordinance 36-73 giving permission to the 3t-Jte of Ohio to fertilize the part of I-2i1O in the village iv'lS introduced by Coffman and re>d by the clerk. M3.cklin moved to dispense with the three time reading rule, Geese seconded. All voted in favor of the motion and the ordinance. Ordinance 37-73 p()(IViding $1500.00 bond for the village adminstrator was int- roduced bJr Karrer and repd by the clerk. Ulrey moved to dispense vuth the three time reading rule, All voted infavor of the motion and the ordinance. Resolution 11-73 setting July 2, 1973 at 8:00 Pm as a hearing date for the 1974 budget was introduced by Coffman and r88d b'r the clerk. Ulrey moved to dispense with the three time re~lding rule, Macklin seconded. All voted jn favor of the motion and the ordinacne. The clerk read the village adminstraotrs proposal for guidelines for public hearings. After a bri<'f discussion concernin. time limits the Mayor appointed Macklin, Coffman and EJ.re;;- to study the ptD'posals further and report to council. Council received a request from American Urban Corporation for a changes in zoning for 120 acres west of Frantz Road to community commercial and 72 acres east of Frantz Road to R-12. Geese moved to forward request to Planning and Zoning Commission, Macklin seconded. All voted in favor.
