Roll Call: Charles Coffman, present; Le,ds Geese, present Robert Karrer, nresent; Gerald Macklin, present; Bill Ulrey, present. The minutes of the April 2 meeting '..Jere re',d, Karrer moved the minutes be approved, Geese seconded. All voted in f'lvor of approval. All voted in favor. The following bi~s for street improvements were received: Northwood Stone and Ashphalt Co $16,2~.8l ColumbusrvSlurry Seal $16,993.37 Floyd H Baker Corp $17,286.20 Ordinance 27-73 awarding bid for street improvements to the Northwood Stone and Asuhalt Compnay of Belle Center for $16,207.81 was introduced by Ulrey and read by the cl"rk. Coffman moved to dispense with the three time read- ing rule and Mackljm seconded. All voted infavor of the motion and the ordinance. Clerk read a letter from tle Planning and ZoninCl Commission stating their position on PUD rezoning ordinance as favorable. Resolution 10-73 setting May 21, 1973 at 8:00 PM as a public he ring date for proposed PUD rezoning was introduced by Macklin. KarrL~r moved resolution be passed, Coffman sec- onded. All voted in favor of the resolution. Harrison Smith, representing the Muirfield Corp. expressed th'er appreciation. Ordinance 28-73 amending PUD zoning was presented to conncil, Hacklin moved , Coffman seconded that the ordin~e be referred to Planning an0 Zoning Commission. All voted in favor of motion.
