A RESOLUTION OF INTENT TO APPROPRIATE A
FEE SIMPLE INTEREST IN A 0.232 ACRE TRACT
OWNED BY HARRISBURG PIKE DEVELOPMENT
COMPANY, LOCATED ON THE NORTH SIDE OF SR
161, IN THE CITY OF DUBLIN, STATE OF
OHIO, AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY
WHEREAS, the City of Dublin is preparing to improve SR
161jBridge street; and,
WHEREAS, said improvement will require the City of Dublin
obtaining a fee simple interest in and to the premises
described in the attached Exhibit "A", located in the City of
Dublin, state of Ohio.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of
Dublin, state of Ohio, / of the elected members
concurring that:
Section 1. Council considers it necessary and declares its
intention to appropriate for the purpose of improving SR
161jBridge street, a fee simple interest in and to the
premises located in the City of Dublin, state of Ohio, and
more fully described in the legal description attached hereto
as Exhibit "A".
Section 2. The City Manager is hereby authorized to cause
written notice of the passage of this resolution to be served
upon the owners and persons in possession or having an
interest of record in the above-descr ibed property, This
notice shall be served according to law.
Section 3. This resolution is hereby declared to be an
emergency necessary for the immediate preservation of the
public health, safety and welfare, The reason for such
necessity is that the prompt improvement of SR 161/Bridge
Street is necessary due to the condition of an increased
traffic flow on SR 161/Bridge street, Therefore, this
resolution shall go into immediate effect,

WEST AND EAST OF DALE DRIVE
CITY OF DUBLIN, OHIO
I Situated in the State of Ohio, County of Franklin, City of
Dublin, Third Quarter of Township 2 North, Ranse 19 West, United
States Military Lands, beins a 0.232 acre tract of land all out of
, that 4.083 acre tract aa described in a deed to Uarrisburs Pike
I Development Company, of record in Deed Book 3773, Pase 589, (all
references to Plat Book, Deed Book and Official Record Volume are
of record in the Recorder'a Office, Franklin County, Ohio), said
0.232 acre tract beins more particularly described as follows:
I Besinnins at a point in the centerline of state Route 161, at
the aouthwesterly corner of said 4.083 acre tract, at the
southeasterly corner of that 13.081 acre tract as described in a
_ deed to Adirondack SC-I Limited PartnershiP, of record in Official
I Record Volume 07285 F08, said point beins located Harth 840 29' 15"
West, 203,55 feet from the centerline intersection of Dale Drive
and said State Route 161;
I Thence Horth 50 30' 45" East, alons the westerly line of said
4,083 acre tract, the easterly line of s.id 13.081 acre tract, a
distance of 43.60 feet to a point at the southwesterly corner of
Lot 2, as delineated on the plat DALE CEHtER, of record in Plat
I Book 58, Pase 81 and 82;
Thence South 840 24' 00" East, alons the aoutherly line of
said Lot 2, the southerly line of Dale Drive, as delineated on said
plat DALE CEHTER, a distance of 233.10 feet to a point in the
~ easterly line of said 4,083 acre tract;
Thence South 40 54' 45" West, alons the easterly line of said
4,083 acre tract, a distance of 43,25 feet to a point in the
I centerline of said State Route 161, at the southeasterlY corner of
said 4,083 acre tract;
Thence North 840 29' 15" Weat, alons the centerline of said
I state Route 161, the southerly line of said 4.083 acre' tract,
passins the intersection of said Dale Drive at 30.00 feet, a total
diatance of 233,55 feet to the place of betinnint and containins
0,232 acre of land, of which 0.229 acre, more or less, lies within
the risht-of-way of State Route 161;

15" West was used on the centerline of State Route 161 and all
other bearinss then calculated from this Meridian,
