A RESOLUTION OF INTENT TO APPROPRIATE A
.084 ACRE FEE SIMPLE INTEREST IN A 0.925
ACRE TRACT OWNED BY DALE PROPERTY CO. OF
SOUTH FLORIDA, LOCATED ON THE NORTH SIDE
OF SR 161, IN THE CITY OF DUBLIN, STATE
OF OHIO, AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY
WHEREAS, the city of Dublin is preparing to improve SR
161/Bridge street; and,
WHEREAS, said improvement will require the city of Dublin
obtaining a fee simple interest in and to the premises
described in the attached Exhibit "A", located in the city of
Dublin, state of Ohio.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the city of
Dublin, state of Ohio, 7 of the elected members
concurring that:
section 1. Council considers it necessary and declares its
intention to appropriate for the purpose of improving SR
161/Bridge Street, a fee simple interest in and to the
premises located in the city of Dublin, State of Ohio, and
more fully described in the legal description attached hereto
as Exhibit "A".
section 2. The city Manager is hereby authorized to cause
written notice of the passage of this resolution to be served
upon the owners and persons in possession or having an
interest of record in the above-described property. This
notice shall be served according to law.
section 3. This resolution is hereby declared to be an
emergency necessary for the immediate preservation of the
public health, safety and welfare. The reason for such
necessity is that the prompt improvement of SR 161/Bridge
Street is necessary due to the condition of an increased
traffic flow on SR 161/Bridge Street. Therefore, this
resolution shall go into immediate effect.

~ Besinning at a point in the centerline of State Route 161, at
the southeasterly corner of said 5.008 acre tract, at the
southwesterly corner of that 4.083 acre tract as described in a

06724 E16, said point being located South 840 29' 15 " East, 96.45
feet froll the centerline intersection of Dale Drive and said State
Route 161;
III Thence North 840 29' 15" West, along the centerline of said
State Route 161, the southerly line of said 5.008 acre tract, a
distance of 66.45 feet to a point at the southeaaterly corner of
that 4.083 acre tract as described in a deel! to Harrisburg Pike
II Develop.ent Co.pany, of record in Deed Book 3773, Page 589;
Thence North 40 54' 45" East, along the easterly line of said
4.083 acre tract, a distance of 43.25 feet to a point in the
southerly line of Dale Drive, as delinested on the plat DALE
[I CENTER, of record in Plat Book 58, Page 81 and 82;
Thence South 840 24' 00" East, along the southerly line of
said Dale Drive, a distance of 19.76 feet to a point of curvature;

havinr; a radius of 20.00 feet, a central angle of 680 46' 12", an
arc distance of 24.00 feet to a point, aaid arc being sub tended by
