Roll Call: Coffman, present; Geese, present; Karrer, present; Macklin, pre- sent; Schontzler, present; Ulrey, present. Minutes: The minutes of the F(1)T'i))'1.1'Y 5 meeting were read. Schontzler moved the minutes be approved, Ulrey seconded, all voted in favor of approval. Ulrey introudaced resolution 03-73 setting April 2, 1973 at 8:00 PM as a hearing date for change in zoning code to permit fune~al service. Karrer moved passage of the resolution, Coffman seconded, all voted in favor of the resolution. X Macklin introduced ordinance 13-73 accepting a:nnexation of 3914 acres in Wash':'!' ington and Concord Townships to the village, Schontzler moved to dispense with the three time reading rule, Geese seconded. All voted for the motion and the ordinance. Ben Hale, representing the Nicklaus group and Richard Leppert, r0presenting many of the property owners, expressed pleqsure over the annexation. Council expressed appreciation to Richard Leppert in his efforts in bringing about the annexation. Jeff McNeely, representing Western Electric, briefly explained his companies proposals for buildings on a 96 acre tract next to Ashland Chemical, and he requested an amendment to the OLR zoning in the area to permit such a business. After much discussion Ulrey moved and Geese seconded that council refer anr ordinance to amend section 348.021 and 348.022 of act. ILl of ordinanue 21-70 of the village of Dublin zoning code to permit use within OLR in electronic servicing, training, and temporary lodging to the planning and zoning comm- ission. Schontzler moved that motion be amended to add that planning and zoning commission study definition of OLR in consultation with planner to make recommendations for that district. No secrnnd so Schontzler withdrew motion to amend. All voted infavor of original motion. Schontzler then moved that council ask the planning and zoning commission study the nefinition of OLR in consultation with the planner to m~(e proper recommendations for change of that district if necessary. Macklin seconded, all voted in f"vor of the motion
