Telephones J..i- .I:>'f Moved by Ulrey and seconded lJY Schont zler that bills be paid as read, Coffman yea; Geese yea; Karrer yea; Macklin yea; Schontz1er yea; U1Bey yea. Resolution # 6-72 prescribing method of publication of Ordinances, Resolutions, Proclamations, Notices and Reports;determining five of the most Public places in the Village; and declaring an emergency. Mr.Schontzler introduced the resolution and it was read for the first time Mr. Karrer moved to despence the three time reading rule and Mr. Coffman seconded the motion. !he vote was as follows; Coffman yes, Geese yes, Karre~ yes, Macklin yes, Schontzler yes, lilrey yes. The vote on the resolution was unamious. Ordin~nce # 46-72; An ordinance accepting the lowest and best bid for a new Police cruiser; authorizing the Administrator of the Village and the Clerk-Treasurer to execute a contract; and declaring an Emergency; Mr.Macklin introduced the ordinance and it was read tor the first time, Mr. Schontzler moved to dispence with the three time reading rule and Mr.Coffman secended the motion; the vote was as follows; Coffman yea, Geese y~a, Karrer ~ea, Macklin yea, Schontz1er yea,Ulrey yea. The vote on the ordinance was unanious. Ordinance # 47-72;An Ordinance authorizind the Village Administrator to advertize for bids for the improvement of the northwest and southwest corners of state routes 161 and 745 ( High st and Bridge st)by increasing the radius of the corners. Mr. Geese introduced the ordinance and it was read for the first time. Mr.Schontzler moved to dispen'e with the three time readin# rule. Mr. Coffman seconded the motion. The vote on the motion and ordinance was unanimous. Letter received from th, Gas Co.notifing of a slight decrease in the gas rate to the Village was read. The Administrator read his report. The meeting adjourned .
