A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO
EXECUTE NECESSARY CONVEYANCE DOCUMENTATION TO
ACCEPT THE DEDICATION OF A 0.086 ACRES, MORE OR LESS,
TEMPORARY CONSTRUCTION AND GRADING EASEMENT FROM
CHARLES E. LAMBERT AND CHARLOTTE B. LAMBERT
WHEREAS, the City of Dublin ( "City ") is preparing to construct the 2011 Street
Maintenance — Phase 2 construction project ( "Project "); and
WHEREAS, said project requires that the City obtain certain property interests in
Franklin County Parcel No. 273 - 008866, owned by Charles E. Lambert and Charlotte
B. Lambert (the "Lamberts "); and
WHEREAS, the Lamberts are willing to dedicate the property interests in Franklin
County Parcel No. 273- 008866 to the City as set forth in the legal descriptions
attached hereto, and the City is willing to accept said dedication.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Dublin,
State of Ohio, --? of the elected members concurring that:
Section 1. The City hereby authorizes the City Manager to execute all documentation
necessary to accept the dedication of an approximate 0.086 acres, more or less,
temporary construction and grading easement from Charles E. Lambert and Charlotte
B. Lambert, as set forth in the legal descriptions attached herewith.
Section 2 . This Resolution shall take effect upon passage, in accordance with
Section 4.04(a) of the Revised Charter.

2011 Street Maintenance Program —Phase 2
PROJECT BACKGROUND:
The City of Dublin ( "City ") is preparing to construct the 2011 Street Maintenance Program —
Phase 2 construction project. The City must obtain property interests from various landowners
located within the City in order to construct this roadway project. A representative of the City
has reached out to landowners in order to gauge their respective interests in dedicating the
needed property interests to the City.
DONATION INTRODUCTION:
The Lamberts are dedicating to Dublin the following property interests located within Franklin
County Parcel No. 273 - 008866, as visually depicted in the attached map:

ACTION TO BE AUTHORIZED BY RESOLUTION:
Resolution 46 -11 would allow the City Manager to execute all necessary conveyance
documentation to formally accept the dedication of the aforementioned property interests.
RECOMMENDATION:
Staff recommends approval of Resolution No. 46 -11 at the September 12, 2011 Council meeting
as obtaining the property interests described herein is necessary for the furtherance of the 2011
Street Maintenance Program— Phase 2 construction project.

TEMPORARY CONSTRUCTION AND GRADING EASEMENT
0.086 ACRE
Situated in the State of Ohio, County of Franklin, City of Dublin, located in Quarter Township 2,
Township, 2, Range 19, United State Military Lands, being across that 3.690 acre tract conveyed to
Charles E. and Charlotte B. Lambert by deed of record in Official Record 5276G04 (all references refer to
the records of the Recorder's Office, Franklin County, Ohio), and being described as follows:
Beginning, for reference, at a southeasterly corner of Reserve `93" of that subdivision entitled
"Wedgewood Glen" of record in Plat Book 106, Page 19, being the northerly right -of -way line of Summit
View Road;
thence North 02° 42' 17" East, with the easterly line of said Reserve "B ", a distance of 8.79 feet
to the TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING;
thence North 02° 42' 17" East, continuing with the easterly line, a distance of 10.00 feet to a
point;
thence South 87° 01' 37" East, across said 3.690 acre tract, a distance of 372.11 feet to a point in
the westerly right -of -way line of Trail Ends Drive;
thence South 02° 45' 51" West, with the westerly right -of -way line, a distance of 10.00 feet to a
point;
thence North 87° 02' 35" West, with the northerly right -of -way line of said Summit View Road, a
distance of 226.80 feet to a point;
thence North 87° 00' 06" West, continuing with said northerly right -of -way line, a distance of
