Coffman, yes; Geese, yes; Karrer, yes; Macklin, yes; Schontzler, yes; Ulrey, yes, Mr. Jack Allston of Burgess & Niples ,BS present and ask th.1.t the ordi- nance on ~lanning and Building be amended to read that a consultant prepare a plan unit development to be added to our present zoning code at the next meeting.Moved by Macklin and seconded by Karrer that the abovE be added to ourSEning code. Coffman, yes; Geese, yes; Karrer, yes; Macklin, yes; Schontzler, yes; Ulrey, yes. :.:h"~ Ordinance # 40-72 accepting the lowest and best bid for a new dump truck~ authorizing the Administrator and 61erk-treasurer to execute a contract and declaring an emergency was read for the first time. It was moved by Macklin and seconded by Karrer to dispense with the three time reading rule. The vote on the motion and ordinance were unanimous. Ordinance #41-72 authorizing the transfer of unappropriated funds from the General fund to the Street fund was introduced by Mr. Macklin and read for the first time.
