The motion as made by Coffman and seconded by Schontzler that the bills
be paid. Coffman, yes; Geese, yes; Karrer, yes; Macklin, absent;
Schontzler, yes; Ulrey, yes. Motion carried.
Cruiser Ordinance #38-72 was introduced by Mr. Schontzler and was read
for the first time. It was moved by Mr. Geese and seconded by Mr.
Schontz1er that we dispense with the three time reading rule. Coffman,
yes; Geese, yes; Karrer, yes; Macklin, absent; Schontz1er, yes; Ulrey,yes.
Moved by Mr. Geese and seconded by Schontzler that the Motion and Ordi-
nance be adopted. Vote on the motion and ordinance WdS unanimous.
Assistant_Solisitor Ordance #39-72 was introduced by Mr. Schontzler. The
ordinance was read for the first time and it was moved by Mr. Karrer and
seconded by Mr. Coffman that we dispense with the three time re~ding rule.
