I! WHEREAS, the City of Dublin is preparing to construct a bikepath along Dublin
Ii Road between Killilea Drive and Chaddington Drive; and
!
WHEREAS, said improvement will require the City of Dublin to obtain a permanent
bikepath easement and temporary construction easement in and to the premises
described in the attached Exhibits "A" and "B" located in the City of Dublin,
Franklin County, Ohio.
NOW THEREFeRE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council, of the City of Dublin,
State of Ohio, of the elected members concurring that:
Section 1. Council considers it necessary and declares its intention to
appropriate, for the purpose of constructing a bikepath along Dublin Road between
Killilea Drive and Chaddington Drive, a permanent bikepath easement and
temporary construction easement in and to the premises located in the City of Dublin,
Ohio, and more fully described in the legal descriptions attached hereto as Exhibits
"A" and "B".
Section 2. The City Manager is hereby authorized to cause written notice of the
passage of this Resolution to be served upon the owners and persons in possession or
having an interest of record in the above-described property. This notice shall be
served according to law.
Section 3. This Resolution shall take effect and be in force from and after the
earliest date permitted by law.

Situated in the State of Ohio, County of Franklin, City of Dublin, in the V,M.S,
#2543 and being part of a 3.279 acre parcel conveyed to Kathryn L. Wagner by Deed
of Record in Volume 2901, Page 696 ofthe Franklin County Recorder's Office, and
being more particularly described as follows:
Beginning for reference at the grantor's southeasterly property comer; thence S 860
21', 07" W, along the grantor's southerly property line, the same being the northerly
line of a 1.672 acre parcel conveyed to Barabar Jeane Ruckman in Volume 3294,
Page 593, a distance of30.54 feet to the point of intersection of the existing westerly
right-of-way line of Dublin Road (Dublin-Bellepoint/State Route 745) with the
grantor's southerly property line, said point of intersection being the true point of
beginning;
Thence with said southerly property line continue S 860 21' 07" W, a distance of
10.18 feet to a point;
Thence leaving said property line N 140 24' 53" W, a distance of335.82 feet to a
point;
Thence S 750 37' 07" W, a distance of 10.00 feet to a point;
Thence N 140 24' 53" W, a distance of30.00 feet to a point on the grantor's
northerly property line, the same being the southerly property line of Coventry
Woods Section 2, Reserve E, recorded in Plat Book 73, Page 17;
Thence with the grantor's northerly property line and the southerly line of
Coventry Woods Section 2, N 75037' 07" E, a distance of20.00 feet to a point on
the existing westerly right-of-way line of said Dublin Road (Dublin-
Bellepoint/State Route 745);
Thence with said westerly right-of-way line S 14024' 53" E, a di~tance of 367"71
