A RESOLUTION OF INTENT TO APPROPRIATE A 0.068
ACRE, MORE OR LESS, PERMANENT BIKEPA TH
EASEMENT AND A 0.125 ACRE, MORE OR LESS
TEMPORARY CONSTRUCTION EASEMENT, FROM
BARBARA JEANNE RUCKMAN, LOCATED WEST OF
DUBLIN ROAD (DUBLIN-BELLEPOINT/S.R. 745), CITY OF
DUBLIN, COUNTY OF FRANKLIN, STATE OF OHIO.
WHEREAS, the City of Dublin is preparing to construct a bikepath along Dublin
Road between Killilea Drive and Chaddington Drive; and
WHEREAS, said improvement will require the City of Dublin to obtain a permanent
bikepath easement and temporary construction easement in and to the premises
described in the attached Exhibits "A" and "B" located in the City of Dublin,
Franklin County, Ohio.
NOW THEREFtRE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council, of the City of Dublin,
State of Ohio, of the elected members concurring that:
Section 1. Council considers it necessary and declares its intention to
appropriate, for the purpose of constructing a bikepath along Dublin Road between
Killilea Drive and Chaddington Drive, a permanent bikepath easement and
temporary construction easement in and to the premises located in the City of Dublin,
Ohio, and more fully described in the legal descriptions attached hereto as Exhibits
"A" and "B".
Section 2. The City Manager is hereby authorized to cause written notice of the
passage of this Resolution to be served upon the owners and persons in possession or
having an interest of record in the above-described property. This notice shall be
served according to law.
Section 3. This Resolution shall take effect and be in force from and after the
earliest date permitted by law.

Situated in the State of Ohio, County of Franklin, City of Dublin, in the V.M.S.
#2543 and being part of a 1.672 acre parcel conveyed to Barbara Jeanne Ruckman by
Deed of Record in Volume 3294, Page 593 ofthe Franklin County Recorder's Office,
and being more particularly described as follows:
Beginning for reference at the grantor's southeasterly property corner; thence S 890
39' 57" W, along the grantor's southerly property line the same being the northerly
line of Reserve D, Conventry Woods Section 2, recorded in Plat Book 73, Page 17, a
distance of30.93 feet to the point of intersection of the existing westerly right-of-way
line of Dublin Road (Dublin-Bellepoint/State Route 745) with the grantor's southerly
property line, said point of intersection being the true point of beginning;
Thence along the grantor's southerly property line and said Reserve D northerly
line continue S 890 39' 57" W, a distance of20.62 feet to a point;
Thence leaving said property line NIl 028' 36" W a distance of 195.09 feet to a
point on the grantor's northerly property line, the same being the southerly
property line of a 3.279 acre parcel conveyed to Kathryn L. Wagner in Volume
2901, Page 696;
Thence with the grantor's northerly property line and said 3.279 acre parcel
southerly line N 860 21' 07" E, a distance of 10.18 feet to a point on the existing
westerly right-of-way line of said Dublin Road (Dublin-Bellepoint/State Route
745);
Thence with said westerly right-of-way line S 14024' 53" E, a distance of 197.95
feet to the true place of beginning and containing 0.068 acres more or less.
