!: STATE OF OHIO TO IMPROVE THE INTERSECTION OF S.R. 745 AND I

II WHEREAS, the intersection ofS.R. 745 and Glick Road is experiencing increasing volumes I
:1 of traffic generated from development north of Dublin and outside of Dublin's jurisdiction,
,I resulting in a less than acceptable level of service at this intersection; and I

WHEREAS, the residents of Muirfield Village are also impacted by the increased traffic
I
volumes at this intersection, and the Muirfield Association has requested that the City of I
I
I
Dublin urge the State of Ohio to place a higher priority on the improvement of the I
i
I
intersection of S.R. 745 and Glick Road; and I
I
I
,
I
i WHEREAS, the Ohio Department of Transportation has jurisdiction and responsibility for I
I
this intersection, and the intersection has been under study for the past two years. I
I I

:1 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Dublin, State of I
Ii Ohio, '-1-- members concurring that: I

:1 Section 1. The City of Dublin hereby requests that the Director of Transportation of the [

I! State of Ohio place a higher priority on the improvements ofthe intersection of S.R. 745 and
I
:1 Glick Road due to the health and safety concerns of the residents of Dublin and the I
[
I
I surrounding area.
!I Section 2. This Resolution is ellective upon passage in accordance with Section 4.04(a) I
:1 of the Revised Charter. i
