It was moved by Coffman, seconded by Schontzler that the bills be paid
as read. Coffman, yes; Geese, yes; Karrer, yes; Macklin, yes; Sohontz1er,
yes; Ulrey, yes; motion carried.
A letter from Burgess & Niple, approving the Platt of the Dublin Industrial
Park was read.
A letter from the Planning & Zoning Committee approving the Platt of the
Dublin Industrial Park wa.s read.

The Adminstrators report was read by Mr. Sheldon.

Ordinance #35-72 ordering a snow plow from the King Maohinery Co. was
introduced by Mr. Maoklin and read for the first time. Mr. Karrer moved,
seconded by Mr Schontzler to dispense with the three time reading rule.
Vote on the motion and ordinance was unanimous.
Ordinance #36-72 W.J,S introduced by Mr. Schontzler and read for the first t
time. Moved by Karrer ~nd seconded by Schontzler to dispense with the
three time rea.ding rule. Vote on the motion and ordinance was unanimous.
Ordinance #37-72 was introduced by Mr. Karrer and read for the first time.
Mr. Coffman moved and Mr. Geese seconded the motion to dispense with the
three time reading rule. The vote on the motion and ordinance was unanimous
Mr. Sohontzler moved that the Planning and Zoning Commission be instructed
not to submit any future proposals to the oounci1 until~~ppr9priate time
has beem give. to the proposals a.nd proper recommenda.tions are ready to be
made. Mr. Coffman seconded the motion. Mr. Maoklin moved, seconded by Mr.
Geese that the motion be amended to the effect that the time-table be
followed as established in existing ordinance number 12-67. Vote on amend-
ment and motion w~s unanimous.
