il LOCATED ON THE WEST SIDE OF VILLAGE PARKWAY, AND NORTH OF

Ii DUBLIN-GRANVILLE ROAD, IN THE CITY OF DUBLIN, COUNTY OF I
ii FRANKLIN, STATE OF OHIO.
WHEREAS, the City of Dublin is preparing to construct an access
drive from the new David Road Electrical Substation, located at
the northern terminus of David Road across property owned by
Chelsea Partnership, to the south side of Village Parkway; and
WHEREAS, said access drive will require the City of Dublin to
obtain a permanent fifty (50) foot wide access easement, in and
to the premises described in the attached Exhibit "A" located in
the City of Dublin, Franklin County, Ohio.
WHEREAS, the prompt construction of the David Road Electrical
Substation is essential in order to continue to provide high
quality electrical power to the citizens of Dublin.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council, of the City of
Dublin, State of Ohio, 7 of the elected members concurring
that:
Section 1. Council considers it necessary and declares its
intention to appropriate, for the purpose of constructing an
access drive from the new David Road Electrical Substation across
property owned by Chelsea Partnership to the south side of
Village Parkway, a permanent fifty (50) foot wide access easement
in and to the premises located in the City of Dublin, Franklin
County, Ohio, and more fully described in the legal description
attached hereto as Exhibit "A".
~ The City Manager is hereby authorized to cause
written notice of the passage of this Resolution to be served
upon the owners and persons in possession or having an interest
of record in the above-described property. This notice shall be
served according to law.
Section 3. This Resolution shall take effect and be in force
from and after the earliest date permitted by law.

Situated in the State of Ohio, County of Franklin, City of Dublin, being a fifty I
foot wide strip ofland located within that 1.833 acre tract as described in a deed to the
Chelsea Partnership, of record in Official Records Volume 28645, Page 110, Recorder's
Office, Franklin County, Ohio, said strip being more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at a point in the easterly line of said 1,833 acre tract said line also I
being the westerly right-of-way line of Village Parkway (formerly Federated Boulevard)
and the most northerly corner ofa 21.632 acre tract (Reserve "C", Dublin City Center, I
Plat Book 69, Pages 18, 19 & 20) as described in a deed to State Savings Bank, of record
in Official Records Volume 33689, Page F08; I
Thence through said 1,833 acre tract the following courses:

1. North 47031' 42" West, a distance of 14,14 feet to a point; j
2. South 870 28' 18" West, a distance of 30.17 feet to a point of curvature; I
3. With the arc of a curve to the left having a radius of 40.00 feet, a central i

angle of820 58' 17", a chord which bears South 450 59' 08" West, a chord
I distance of 52.99 feet to a point; I
I 4, South 40 30' 00" West, a distance of 182.17 feet to a point in the southerly I
line of said 1.833 acre tract;
Thence South 86029' 19" West, along said southerly line, a distance of 50.49 feet
to a point;
Thence through said 1.833 acre tract the following courses:
1. North 40 30' 00" East, a distance of 189.21 feet to a point of curvature;
2. With the arc of a curve to the right having a radius of 90.00 feet, a central
angle of 820 58' 17", a chord which bears North 450 59' 08" East, a chord
distance of 119.24 feet to a point;
3. North 870 28' 18" East, a distance of 27.3 1 feet to a point;
4. North 41 0 18' 20" East, a distance of 14.43 feet to a point in said westerly
right-of-way line of Village Parkway;
Thence South 40 51' 37" East, along said right-of-way line, a distance of 70.47 I
feet to the place of beginning and containing 16,030 square feet of land.
Bearings herein are based on North 40 3D' 00" East for the centerline of David
Road of record in Plat Book 57, Page 93.
