T}-;e resolution was read for the first time. Y;r. Ulrey moved, secon:ied by Mr. Macklin to dispense with the three time reading rule. Vote on the Inotjon and the Resolution was unanimous. Ordinance 32-72 dealing with establishing the pos i tion of Village Administrator was introduced by Mr. liarror. The Ordinance was read for the first time. Mr. Schontzler moved, seconded by !vir.
