Resolution 03-72 dealing 'tlitn posting places for Village Ordinances and Reso-
lutions was intrcduced by Mr. Schontzler. T}-;e resolution was read for the first
time. Y;r. Ulrey moved, secon:ied by Mr. Macklin to dispense with the three time
reading rule. Vote on the Inotjon and the Resolution was unanimous.
Ordinance 32-72 dealing with establishing the pos i tion of Village Administrator
was introduced by Mr. liarror. The Ordinance was read for the first time. Mr.
Schontzler moved, seconded by !vir. Ulrey to dispense with the thrBc time reading rul13
Vote on th'9 motion and t'ie Ordj_nance was unanimous.
