ii WHEREAS, the City of Dublin is preparing to improve the Post

I Road Bridge over 1-270; and

!I WHEREAS, said improvement will require the City of Dublin to

!I obtain a permanent service road easement, a temporary
:1 construction easement, and a permanent slope easement, in

II and to the premises described in the attached Exhibits "A",
II "B" and "C" located in the City of Dublin, Franklin County,
II Ohio.

,I NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council, of the City
I of Dublin, State of Ohio, 1 of the elected members
II concurring that:

I Section 1. Council considers it necessary and declares
I
, its intention to appropriate, for the purpose of improving
i the Post Road Bridge over 1-270, a permanent service road
i
II easement, a temporary construction easement, and a permanent
II slope easement in and to the premises located in the City of
II
,I Dublin, Franklin County, Ohio, and more fully described in
"
Ii the legal descriptions attached hereto as Exhibits "A", "B"
II and "C" .

r Section 2. The City Manager is hereby authorized to
cause written notice of the passage of this Resolution to be
I served upon the owners and persons in possession or having
j an interest of record in the above-described property. This
II
notice shall be served according to law.

I Section 3. This Resolution shall take effect and be in
force from and after the earliest date permitted by law.

DESCRIPTION OF PERMANENT SERVICE ROAD EASEMENT
Situated in the State of Ohio, County of Franklin, City of Dublin, and being part of a 1.840 acre tract
conveyed to F.J. & S, Investments by deed of record in Official Record 05799 H02 of the Franklin
County Recorder's Office, and being more particularly described as follows:
Beginning, for reference, at the northeasterly corner of the said 1.840 acre tract on the old
centerline of Post Road; Thence S 01028'19" E, along the easterly line of the said 1.840 acre
tract, 42.83 feet to the true point of beginning;
Thence S 01028' 19" E, along the easterly line of the said 1.840 acre tract, 38,29 feet;
Thence N 69042'21" W, 27.23 feet;
Thence N 01002'12" W, 39.54 feet;
Thence S 67003'08" E, 27.45 feet to the true point of beginning, containing 0,0224 acres, more
or less, and being more particularly delineated on the attached Exhibit B.

No. 7158 from an actual field survey and available records in May 1997. The bearings are based on the
