I FOR THE RESIDENTS OF THE CITY OF DUBLIN. THE REAL I ESTATE IS OWNED BY JANICE VOWELL, CONSISTING OF I , I APPROXIMATELY 31 ACRES, LOCATED WEST OF COSGRAY ROAD i AND SOUTH OF S.R. 161. WHEREAS, the City of Dublin is preparing to expand Cosgray Park, and provide parkland, recreational facilities, roads and public utilities for the residents of the City of Dublin; and WHEREAS, said expansion and public improvements will require the City of Dublin to obtain a fee simple interest in the premises described in the attached Exhibit "A" located in the Township of Washington, Franklin County, Ohio. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RE~LVED by the Council, of the City of Dublin, State of Ohio, of the elected members concurring that: Section 1. Council considers it necessary and declares its intention to appropriate, for the purpose of expanding Cosgray Park and to provide parkland, recreational facilities, roads and public utilities for the residents of the City of Dublin, a fee simple interest in the premises located in the Township of Washington, Franklin County, Ohio, and more fully described in the legal description attached hereto as Exhibit "A" 0 Section 2. The City Manager is hereby authorized to cause written notice of the passage of this Resolution to be served upon the owners and persons in possession or having an interest of record in the above-described property. This notice shall be served according to law. Section 3.
