I] WHEREAS, said improvement will require the City of Dublin to obtain a temporary construction easement and a storm sewer easement, in and to the premises described in the attached Exhibits ~A" and ~B" located in the City of Dublin, Franklin County, Ohio. !I Ii NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council, of the City of Ii Dublin, State of Ohio, 7 of the elected members !i concurring that: :1 ii II Section 1. Council considers it necessary and declares its II intention to appropriate, for the purpose of improving the II Shier-Rings Road and Avery Road intersection, a temporary II construction easement and storm sewer easement in and to the Iii premises located in the City of Dublin, Franklin County, Ohio, ,I and more fully described in the legal description attached Ii hereto as Exhibits ~A" and ~B". i: I' Ii Section 2.
