A RESOLUTION TO APPROPRIATE A 0.048 ACRE FEE SIMPLE
INTEREST AND A COMBINED 0.019 ACRE TEMPORARY
CONSTRUCTION EASEMENT IN PROPERTY OWNED BY SHAMROCK
LANE DEVELOPMENT CO., LOCATED ON THE WEST SIDE OF
AVERY ROAD, AND ON THE SOUTH SIDE OF SHIER-RINGS
ROAD, IN THE CITY OF DUBLIN, COUNTY OF FRANKLIN,
STATE OF OHIO.
WHEREAS, the City of Dublin is preparing to improve the Shier-
Rings Road and Avery Road intersection; and
WHEREAS, said improvement will require the City of Dublin to
obtain a fee simple interest and temporary construction
easements, in and to the premises described in the attached
Exhibits "A", "B" and "C" located in the City of Dublin,
Franklin County, Ohio.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council, of the City of
Dublin, State of Ohio, 7 of the elected members
concurring that:
5.ection 1. Council considers it necessary and declares its
intention to appropriate, for the purpose of improving the
Shier-Rings Road and Avery Road intersection, a fee simple
interest and temporary construction easements in and to the
premises located in the City of Dublin, Franklin County, Ohio,
and more fully described in the legal descriptions attached
hereto as Exhibits "A", "B" and "C" "
Section 2. The City Manager is hereby authorized to cause
written notice of the passage of this Resolution to be served
upon the owners and persons in possession or having an
interest of record in the above-described property" This
notice shall be served according to law.
Section 3. This Resolution shall take effect and be in
force from and after the earliest date permitted by law.

Description of Additional Right of Way for Shier-Rings Road
Situated in the State of Ohio, County of Franklin, City of Dublin and part of Virginia Military
Survey 3004 and being 0.048 acre out of an 8.983 acres parcel conveyed to Shamrock Lane
Development Co. as recorded in Official Record 14543 H16 in the Franklin County Recorder's
Office, said tract being more particularly described as follows:
Commencing at a centerline monument marking the intersection of the old A very Road
centerline with the centerline of Shier-Rings Road, said point being 2.13 feet right of Station
20+00.28 in the centerline of survey of an improvement to said A very Road as delineated on the
Centerline Plat for said improvement, on record in Franklin County;
thence South 83 degrees 40 minutes 38 seconds West, leaving said point, a distance of 2.14 feet
to the point at which the new centerline of A very Road intersects the centerline of Shier-Rings
road;
thence South 85 degrees 31 minutes 51 seconds West, leaving said point with the centerline of
Shier-Rings Road, a distance of999.74 feet to the TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING, being a
corner in the Grantor's northerly line and the northeasterly corner of the tract described herein;
thence South 06 degrees 03 minutes 28 seconds East, with the Grantor's property line and the
easterly line ofa 0.774 acre tract conveyed to John D. Vincent by deed of record in Volume 3751
Page 533 of the records of Franklin County, a distance of35.01 feet to an iron pin set in the new
southerly Right of Way line of Shier-Rings Road;
thence South 85 degrees 31 minutes 51 seconds West, with said Right of Way line, a distance of
60.12 feet to an iron pin set in the Grantor's westerly property line;
thence North 05 degrees 52 minutes 53 seconds West, with said property line, a distance of
35.01 feet to a point at the Grantor's northwesterly corner in the centerline of Shier-Rings Road;
thence North 85 degrees 31 minutes 51 seconds East, with said property line and centerline, a
distance of 60.01 feet to the TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING of said described tract, containing
0.048 acre, more or less, inclusive of the present road which occupies 0.041 acre, more or less.
The above described acreage is contained in Auditor's Parcel 274-000005.
Stations and offsets used in this description are referenced to the proposed centerline of Shier-
Rings Road as appears on the Centerline Plat For the improvement of Avery and Shier-Rings
Roads prepared by URSGreiner, and of record in Franklin County. Bearings used in this
description are based on an actual field survey utilizing Franklin County Monuments Nos. FCGS
5536 and FCGS 7752 by URSGreiner in June 1996.

Situated in the State of Ohio, County of Franklin, City of Dublin and part of Virginia Military
Survey 3004 and being 0.009 acre out of an 8.983 acres parcel conveyed to Shamrock Lane
Development Co., as recorded in OR 14543 H16 in the Franklin County Recorder's Office, and
being more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at a point in the Grantor's easterly property line in the westerly right of way line of
A very Road, said point being 68.27 feet left of and radially from Station 16+60 in the centerline
of A very Road as delineated on the Centerline Plat for the improvement of said A very Road, of
record in Franklin County, said point being the TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING of the parcel
being described;
thence with said property line and right of way line, South 04 degrees 22 minutes 26 seconds
East, a distance of 55.71 feet to a point;
thence leaving said line with the westerly line of the tract described herein, North 33 degrees 59
minutes 05 seconds West, a distance of 17.98 feet to a point;
