The regular meeting of the Dublin Village Council was held at 8:00 PM at the
municipal building with Mayor Joseph Dixon presiding.

Ulrey that the bills be paid. Vote theteon

trr. Cotterman of the Gas Co introduced the new Gas rates, and ttr. Geese moved
seconded by r~. Macklin to table the Gas rate Ordinance for the time being.
Vote thereon was unanimous.
Ordinance 24-72 dealing with acceptance of The Frantz Annexation was introduce
by Mr. Macklin. The Ordinance was read for the first time. Mr. Karrer moved
seconded by Mr. Coffman to dispense with the three time reading rule. Vote on
the motion and the Ordinance was unanimous.
~~. Ulrey moved, seconded by 1rr Coffamn to have Burgess & Niple to proceed
with preparation of the Sign Ordinance and A Capital Improvements Program.
Council approved unanimously.
The specs for a new Village Truok and Snow Plow were read at this meeting, but
no legislative action was taken at this time.
