Geese moved, seconded by Mr. Schontzler that the bills be paid. Vote there n was unanimous. n~. Macklin moved that Ordinance l7-72 be tabled until the Building Code is completed. The motion was seconded by I\~. Geese. Vote on the motion was unani~ us. The Clerk was instructed to write a letter to the County Engineer to inspect and reccomend and estimate the cost of what streets and alleys need the Tar an Chip trea~ent this summer. ~~. Ulrey introduced Ordinance 20-72 dealing with confirmation of R. Hayes as a full tiDB Policeman. The Ordinance was read for the first time. ~~. Karrer moved, seconded by I~. Geese to dispense with the three time reading rule. Vot~ on this motion was COffman,ABSEIIT,Geese,yes,Karrer,yes,Macklin,yes, Schontzler ABSTAIN, Ulrey,yes. Motion failed and the Ordinance will be read the second timE at the ~~y l5th meeting. Mr. Karrer in~roduced Ordinance 2l-72 dealing with Dublin proportionate share to establish uniform gas rates. The Ordinance was read for the first time. r~. Schontzler moved, seconded by 1~. Ulrey to dispense with the three time reading rule. Vote on the motion and the Ordinance was unanimous. Mr. Karrer introduoed Ordimance 22Q72 dealing with specs and plans for a TrafP c light at 33 and Frantx Road. The Ordinancw was read for the first time. N~.
