A RESOLUTION OF INTENT TO APPROPRIATE A 0.095 ACRE I
TEMPORARY CONSTRUCTION EASEMENT AND A O. 140 ACRE
FEE SIMPLE INTEREST IN PROPERTY OWNED BY THE
DISTRICT ADVISORY BOARD OF THE CENTRAL OHIO CHURCH
OF NAZARENE, LOCATED ON THE EAST SIDE OF COFFMAN
ROAD, IN THE TOWNSHIP OF WASHINGTON, COUNTY OF
FRANKLIN, STATE OF OHIO.
WHEREAS, the city of Dublin is preparing to improve and widen
Coffman Road; and,
WHEREAS, said improvement will require the City of Dublin to
obtain a temporary construction easement and a fee simple
interest in and to the premises described in the attached
Exhibits "A" and "B", located in Washington Township, Franklin
County, Ohio.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council, of the City of
Dublin, state of Ohio, ~ of the elected members

I Section 1. Council considers it necessary and declares its
i intention to appropriate for the purpose of improving and
I widening Coffman Road, a temporary construction easement and
I a fee simple interest in and to the premises located in
I Washington Township, Franklin County, Ohio, and more fully
I! described in the legal descriptions attached hereto as I
I Exhibits "A" and "B".

I Section 2. The City Manager is hereby authorized to cause
I written notice of the passage of this Resolution to be served
I upon the owners and persons in possession or having an
II interest of record in the above-described property. This
. notice shall be served according to law.
i Section 3. This Resolution shall take effect and be in
I force from and after the earliest date permitted by law.

Description of Temporary Construction Easement
Situated in the State of Ohio, County of Franklin, Township of Washington and being
0.095 acres out of 4.814 acres conveyed District Advisory Board of the Central Ohio District of
the Church ofthe Nazarene, as recorded in Official Record 12602-B11, Franklin County
Recorders Office. Said 0.095 acres being more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at a point 22.50 feet right of Station 252+02.12 Coffman Road, said point also
being on the northerly line of said 4.814 acre tract;
Thence S79012'35"E, along said line, for a distance of23.11 feet to a point (4).61 feet
right of Station 252+02.12) ;
Thence S890 -28' -49"W for a distance of 1 0.82 feet to a point (35.00 feet right of Station
252+00.00) ;
Thence SlOo-47'-25"W for a distance of220.00 feet to a point (35.00 feet right of Station
249+80.00) ;
Thence S650-49'-02"E for a distance of21.59 feet to a point (56.00 feet right of Station
249+75.00) ;
Thence SlOo-47' -25"W for a distance of27.00 feet to a point (56.00 feet right of Station
249+48.00) ;

0.095 acres of land, more or less. Subject to all easement, right-of-way and restrictions of record.
The above described acreage is contained in Auditors Parcel 270-000330.

Situated in the State of Ohio, County of Franklin, Township of Washington and being
0.140 acres out of 4.814 acres conveyed District Advisory Board of the Central Ohio District
Church of the Nazarene, as recorded in Official Record 12602-B 11, Franklin County Recorders
Office. Said 0.140 acres being more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at the northwest corner of said 4.814 acre tract, said point also being on the
centerline of Coffman Road (Station 252+02.12);
Thence S790-12'-35"E, along said north line, for a distance of22.50 feet to a point on the
easterly right-of-way line of Coffman Road (22.50 feet right of Station 252+02.12) ;
Thence S 10 0 -47' -25"W, along said right-of-way line, for a distance of 271.12 feet to a
point on the south line of said 4.814 acre tract (22.50 feet right of Station 249+31.00) ;
Thence N790-12'-35"W, along said south line, for a distance of22.50 feet to a point on
the centerline of Coffman Road (Station 249+31.00) ;
Thence N1 00 -47' -25"E, along said centerline, for a distance of271.12 feet to the Point of
Beginning, containing 0.140 acres of land, more or less of which the present roadway occupies
0.140 acres. Subject to all easement, right-of-way and restrictions of record.
