AMSTUTZ AND SUE A. AMSTUTZ, LOCATED ON THE WEST !
SIDE OF COFFMAN ROAD, IN THE CITY OF DUBLIN, COUNTY :
OF FRANKLIN, STATE OF OHIO. i
WHEREAS, the City of Dublin is preparing to improve and widen
Coffman Road; and, i
WHEREAS, said improvement will require the city of Dublin to I
obtain a temporary construction easement and a fee simple I
interest in and to the premises described in the attached I
Exhibits "A" and "B", located in the City of Dublin, Franklin I
County, Ohio. I

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council, of the City of II
Dublin, state of Ohio, ~ of the elected members
concurring that: I
I
Section 1. Council considers it necessary and declares its
intention to appropriate for the purpose of improving and
widening Coffman Road, a temporary construction easement and
a fee simple interest in and to the premises located in the
City of Dublin, Franklin County, Ohio, and more fully
described in the legal descriptions attached hereto as
Exhibits "A" and "B".
Section 2. The City Manager is hereby authorized to cause
written notice of the passage of this Resolution to be served
upon the owners and persons in possession or having an
interest of record in the above-described property. This
notice shall be served according to law.
Section 3. This Resolution shall take effect and be in
force from and after the earliest date permitted by law.

Situated in the State of Ohio, County of Franklin, City of Dublin and being 0.046
acres out of Lot 69, Shannon Park Section 1 as recorded in Plat Book 54, at pages 72, 73,
as conveyed to Alan E. & Sue A. Amstutz, as recorded in Official Record 06222-
Jl4,Franklin County Recorders Office. Said 0.046 acres being more particularly described
as follows:
Beginning for reference at the northeast corner of said Lot 69, said point also
being on the westerly right-of-way line of Coffman Road (40.00 feet left of Station
224+97.07) ;
Thence N660 -08' -12"W, along the north line of said Lot 69, for a distance of 4.11
feet to the True Point of Beginning (44.00 feet left of Station 224+98.00);
Thence S 13 0 -06' -15"W for a distance of 161. 3 9 feet to a point on the south line
of said Lot 69 (50.52 feet left of Station 223+36.74);
Thence N48 0 -44' -18"W, along said south line, for a distance of 15.62 feet to a
point (63.98 feet left of Station 223 +44.66) ;
Thence NIl o-48'-15"E for a distance of55.35 feet to a point (63.00 feet left of
Station 224+00.00) ;
Thence Nl r -37' -59"E for a distance of 50.36 feet to a point (57.00 feet left of
Station 224+50.00) ;
Thence NI40-17'-50"E for a distance of50.39 feet to a point on the north line of
said Lot 69 (52.92 feet left of Station 225+00.03) ;
Thence S66 0 -08' -12"E, along said north line, for a distance of 1 0 .18 feet to the
True Point of Beginning, containing 0.046 acres ofland, more or less. Subject to all
easement, right-of-way and restrictions of record.
The above described acreage is contained in Auditors Parcel 273-001266.

Situated in the State of Ohio, County of Franklin, City of Dublin and being 0.028
acres out of Lot 69, Shannon Park Section 1 as recorded in Plat Book 54, at pages 72, 73,
as conveyed to Alan E. & Sue A. Amstutz, as recorded in Official Record 06222-
Jl4,Franklin County Recorders Office. Said 0.028 acres being more particularly described
as follows:
Beginning at the northeast corner of said Lot 69, said point also being on the
westerly right-of-way line of Coffman Road (40.00 feet left of Station 224+97.07) ;
Thence SlOo-47'-25"W, along the east line of said Lot 69 and the westerly right-
of-way line of Coffman Road, for a distance of 166.52 feet to the southeast corner of said
Lot 69(40.00 feet left of Station 223+30.55);
Thence N48 0_44' -18"W, along the south line of said Lot 69, for a distance of
12.20 feet to a point (50.52 feet left of Station 223+36.74) ;
Thence N 130 -06' -15"E for a distance of 161.39 feet to a point on the
north line of said Lot 69 (44.00 feet left of Station 224+98.00);
