S Darley Sun Oil s~te Dept Education Columbus City Treasurer lO.50 credit check cost 62.13 cruiser gas 218.91 traffic lite rDr 87.7l solicitor costs 7.16 state income tax 699.49 engr 99.00 liability ins. 7.00 cruiser washes l3.90 police supply 78.00 street labor 45.05 police supply 63.24 cruiser gas l70.00 police school 2 61.02 Village income tax r\~. Karrer moved, seconded by Mr. Coffman that the bills be paid. Vote thereon was unanimous. Mr. Charles Hicks appeared before Council with a very good idea on installatio of a traffic lite at l6l and Frantz Rd. Don Rose is to investigate if this wil qualify under the $5.00 license fee money, and then it will be discussed again Ordinance l6-72 dealing with Rates for street Lighting was in~Bod~ced by V~. 1~cklin. The Ordinance was read for the first time. Mr. Ulrey moved, seconded by r,~. Coffman to dispense with the three time reading rule. Vote on the moti n was unanimous. Vote on the Ordinance was Coffman,yes ,Geese ,yes, Karrer ,ABSTAIN, Macklin,yes,Ulrey,yes and the Ordinace passed. Ordinace 17-72 dealing with bonding bussinesses engaged in driveway and curb repairs, etc. was ihtroduced by Mr. Ulrey. The Ordinance was read for the firs time. Mr. Macklin moved, seconded by Mr. Coffmau to dispense with the three ti e reading rule. Vote on moticr: was Coi'fman,yes,Geese,NO, Karrer,NO, Macklin,yes and Ulrey,yes. Motion failed and will be read the second time at first meetin in May. Ordinance 18-72 dealing with appointment of L. Kirby as a reserve policeman was in-l;roduced by Mr. Geese. The Ordinance was read for the firt time. Mr. Karrer moved, seconded by Mr. 1~ack1in to dispense with the three time reading rule. Vote on t1:e motion and the Ordinance was unanimous. Ordinance 19-72 dealing with appointment of R. Hayes as a reserve policeman VIas introduced by Mr. r,~acklin. The Oatdlimance was read for the first time. 1~. Ulrey moved, seconded by r~. Karrer to dispense with the three time readi g rule. Vote on the motion and the Ordinance was unanimous.
