I intention to appropriate for the purpose of improving the Post
!I Road, Frantz Road and S.R. 161 intersection, a temporary
ill construction easement and a fee simple interest in and to the
II premises located in the city of Dublin, Franklin County, Ohio,
,I and more fully described in the legal descriptions attached
Ii hereto as Exhibits "A" and "B".

I section 2. The City Manager is hereby authorized to cause
,I written notice of the passage of this Resolution to be served
I; upon the owners and persons in possession or having an
i interest of record in the above-descr ibed property. This
I notice shall be served according to law.
,i section 3. This Resolution shall take effect and be in
II force from and after the earliest date permitted by law.
