The regular meeting of the Dublin Village Council was held at ~:OO PM at the
municipal building with President of Council Wil~ Ulrey presiding.
Roll call was held as follows: Coffman,ABSE1~, Geese,present,Karrer,present,
~~cklin,present,Schontzler,present.
The minutes of the preceeding meeting were read and approved.

Mr. Macklin moved, seconded by Mr. Karrer that the bills be paid. Vote thereon
was unanimous.
Mr. strayer reported back to Council on sign Ordinance study, and it was recc-
omended that he meet with John Moffitt and Jack Alston to see if Planning and
Zoning Commission could study information and prepare a report for Council.
Ordinance ll-72 dealing with Trash contract was introduced by 1~. Schontzler.
The ordinance was read for the first time. Mr. Karrer moved, seconded by Mr.
Macklin to dispense with the three time reading rule. Vote on the motion and
the ordinance was unanimous.
Ordinance 12-72 dealing with advertising for bids on the school flasher signs
was introduoed by Mr. Schontzler. The ordinance was read for the first time.
