STATE OF OHIO, AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY. I
ii WHEREAS, the city of Dublin is preparing to improve Coffman I
!II' Road in order to connect Coffman Road (Emerald Parkway Phase I
I II) to Dublin Road; and, !

II WHEREAS, said improvement will require the City of Dublin to I
I' obtain a temporary construction easement and a fee simple
I: interest in and to the premises described in the attached
il Exhibits "A" and "B", located in Washington TownShip, Franklin
II County, Ohio.
1.1 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED~ the council, of the City of
!I Dublin, state of Ohio, . of the elected members
II concurring that:

, Section 1. Council considers it necessary and declares its
I! intention to appropriate for the purpose of improving Coffman
ii Road, a fee simple interest and a temporary construction
II easement and a fee simple interest in and to the premises
'I' located in the washington Township, Franklin County, Ohio, and
: more f~l~y described in the legal descriptions attached hereto
1 as Exh1.b1.ts "A" and "B".

;1 Section 2. The city Manager is hereby authorized to cause
ill written notice of the passage of this resolution to be served
I upon the owners and persons in possession or having an
:i interest of record in the above-described property. This
notice shall be served according to law.
Ii section 3. This resolution is hereby declared to be an
! emergency necessary for the immediate preservation of the
Ii public health, safety and welfare. The prompt improvement of
!I Coffman Road is necessary in order to connect Coffman Road
'i (Emerald Parkway Phase II) to Dublin Road. Therefore, this
11 resolution hall go into immediate effect.

Situated in the State of Ohio, County of Franklin, Township of Washington, and being part of Lots 14
and 15 of Scioto Shores Subdivision of record in Plat Book 18, Page 37 and being conveyed to Stephen
Willson Meagher by deed of record in Official Record 27282 G 12 of the Franklin County Recorder's
Office, and being more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at the southwesterly corner of the said Lot 15 in the easterly right-of-way line of
Dublin Road; Thence N 09039'12" W, along the said right-of-way line, 204.32 feet;
Thence N 14030'12" W, along the said right-of-way line, 1.22 feet to the northwesterly corner
of the said Lot 14;
Thence N 89022'18" E, along t.'-1c northerly line of the said Lot 14,7.59 feet;
