A RESOLUTION OF INTENT TO APPROPRIATE A
.117 ACRE TEMPORARY CONSTRUCTION EASEMENT
AND A .018 ACRE FEE SIMPLE INTEREST IN
PROPERTY OWNED BY NANCY RECTOR, LOCATED
ON THE EAST SIDE OF S_R_ 745, IN
WASHINGTON TOWNSHIP, COUNTY OF FRANKLIN,
STATE OF OHIO, AND DECLARING AN
EMERGENCY.
WHEREAS, the city of Dublin is preparing to improve Coffman
Road in order to connect Coffman Road (Emerald Parkway Phase
II) to Dublin Road; and,
WHEREAS, said improvement will require the City of Dublin to
obtain a fee simple interest and a temporary construction
easement in and to the premises descr ibed in the attached
Exhibits "A" and "B", located in Washington Township, Franklin
County, Ohio.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council, of the city of
Dublin, state of Ohio, ~ of the elected members
concurring that:
section 1. Council considers it necessary and declares its
intention to appropriate for the purpose of improving Coffman
Road, a fee simple interest and a temporary construction
easement in and to the premises located in the Washington
Township, Franklin County, Ohio, and more fully described in
the legal descriptions attached hereto as Exhibits "A" and
"B".
section 2. The City Manager is hereby authorized to cause
written notice of the passage of this resolution to be served
upon the owners and persons in possession or having an
interest of record in the above-described property. This
notice shall be served according to law.
Section 3. This resolution is hereby declared to be an
emergency necessary for the immediate preservation of the
public health, safety and welfare. The prompt improvement of
Coffman Road is necessary in order to connect Coffman Road
(Emerald Parkway Phase II) to Dublin Road. Therefore, this
resolution shall go into immediate effect.

Situated in the State of Ohio, County of Franklin, Township of Washington, and being part of Lots 20
and 21 of Scioto Shores Subdivision of record in Plat Book 18, Page 37 and being conveyed to Nancy
L. Rector by deed of record in Official Record 1885 F08 of the Franklin County Recorder's Office, and
being more particularly described as follows:
Beginning, for reference, at the southwesterly corner of said Lot 21; Thence S 86051'06" E,
along the southerly line of said Lot 21, 6.69 feet to the true point of beginning;
Thence N Or35'12" E, 18.39 feet;
Thence N 08031'18" E, 87.69 feet to a point on the southerly Limited Access line of Interstate
270;
Thence N 81006'28" E, along the southerly Limited Access line, 24.21 feet;
