The regular meeting of the Dublin Village Council was held at 8:00 PM at the
municipal building with Mayor Joseph Dixon presiding.
Roll call was held as follows: COffman,present,Geese,present,Karrer,present,
Macklin,ABSENT ,S'ohontzler ,present, and Ulrey ,present.
The minutes of the preoeeding meeting were read and approved.

Mr. strayer appeared before Council in regard to a stronger sign Ordinance.
He will make an attempt to work with Columbus offioi~ls who are ourrently
working on a new sign ordinace and report baok to Counoil at the first
meeting in March.
Ordinance 10-72 dealing with advertising for contracts for Garbage and
Refuse collection in the Village was introduced by Mr. Karrer. The Ordinance
was read for the first time. Mr. Ulrey moved, seoonded by ~. Coffman to
dispense with the three time readimg rule. Vote on the mation and the Ordinanoe
was unanimous.
