lhe regular meeting of the Dublin Village Council was held at 8:00 Pm at the
municipal building with Mayor Joseph Dixon presiding.
Roll call was held as follows:Coffman,present,Geese,presenr,Karrer,presen~,
Macklin,present,Schontzler,ABSE1ry and Ulrey,present.
The minutes of the preceeding meetings were read and approved.

Mr. Coffman moved, seconded by Mr. Karrer that the bills be paid. Vote thereo
was unanimous.
A letter was read from the school Board regarding speed limit on High School
Road. This matter was resolved and 1~. Grizzel will be contacted.
Mr. l~ers was in attendance to discuss the proposed Water contract, and the
changes will be made which he requests, and then Council will again review
the proposed contr~Ct.
A report was read from Charles Hicks Chrmn of the Zoning ~ppeals Bd on their
meetings for 1971, and this report is on file at the Clerks Office.
Council then discussed Land Use Planning with Mr. Myers, and also in attendance
for this discussion were members of the Washington Township Trustee& and Zoning
Board. It was agreed that when we set up meetings on Land Use Planning that
these people will have a standing invitation, and should be contacted and
involved in this planning.
