,I WHEREAS, the City of Dublin is preparing to improve Rings Road between Paul

I G. Blazer Parkway and Frantz Road and improve related traffic circulation; and

II WHEREAS,said improvement will require the City of Dublin to obtain a permanent
I utility easement and temporary construction easement in and to the premises

described in the attached Exhibits "A" and "B" located in the City of Dublin, Franklin
II County, Ohio.
II NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council, of the City of Dublin,
State of Ohio, 7 of the elected members concurring that:

Section 1. Council considers it necessary and declares its intention to
i appropriate, for the purpose of improving Rings Road between Paul G. Blazer
I
! Parkway and Frantz Road, a permanent utility easement and temporary construction
i easement in and to the premises located in the City of Dublin, Ohio, and more fully
i
I described in the legal descriptions attached hereto as Exhibits "A" and "B".

i Section 2. The City Manager is hereby authorized to cause written notice of the
i
i passage of this Resolution to be served upon the owners and persons in possession
; or having an interest of record in the above-described property. This notice shall be
ii served according to law.

:\ Section 3. This Resolution shall take effect and be in force from and after the

I earliest date permitted by law.

DESCRIPTION OF TEMPORARY CONSTRUCTION EASEMENT
Situated in the State of Ohio, County of Franklin, City of Dublin, located in Virginia Military Survey
No. 2419(4852) and being part of a 4.833 Acre tract owned by Duke Realty L.P. by deed of record in
Instrument No. 199709080088660, Auditor's Parcel No, 273-005428, all references being to those in
the Recorder's Office, Franklin County, Ohio and more particularly described as follows:
Commencing at a railroad spike found at the intersection of Rings Road and Paul G. Blazer Parkway at
a point 21.50 feet right of proposed Rings Road centerline station 54+21.04; thence, N 05019'56" Wa
distance of 21.54 feet along the centerline of Paul G. Blazer to proposed Rings Road centerline at
station 54+22.36; thence along the proposed centerline S 84038'49" W a distance of392.38 feet to
station 50+29.98; thence, S 05021'11" E a distance of77.92 feet to a point 77.92 feet right of station
50+29.98, said point being the southeast comer of an existing 10 foot easement on this property and
the TRUE PLACE OF BEGINNING;
thence, S 5012'43" E along the easterly property line a distance of 15.03 feet to a point 92.96 feet right
of station 50+29.94;
thence, S 81002'04" Wa distance of287.97 feet to a point 89.11 feet right of station 47+32.32;
