NORTH SIDE OF RINGS ROAD AND THE EAST SIDE OF
PAUL G. BLAZER PARKWAY, CITY OF DUBLIN, COUNTY
OF FRANKLIN, STATE OF OHIO.
WHEREAS, the City of Dublin is preparing to improve Rings Road between Paul
G. Blazer Parkway and Frantz Road and improve related traffic circulation; and
WHEREAS, said improvement will require the City of Dublin to obtain a fee simple
interest, permanent utility easement and temporary construction easement in and to
the premises described in the attached Exhibits "A", "B" and "C" located in the City
of Dublin, Franklin County, Ohio.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council, of the City of Dublin,
State of Ohio, 1 of the elected members concurring that:
Section 1. Council considers it necessary and declares its intention to
appropriate, for the purpose of improving Rings Road between Paul G. Blazer
Parkway and Frantz Road, a fee simple interest, permanent utility easement and
temporary construction easement in and to the premises located in the City of Dublin,
Ohio, and more fully described in the legal descriptions attached hereto as Exhibits
"A", "B" and "C".
Section 2. The City Manager is hereby authorized to cause written notice of the
passage of this Resolution to be served upon the owners and persons in possession
or having an interest of record in the above-described property. This notice shall be
served according to law.
Section 3. This Resolution shall take effect and be in force from and after the
earliest date permitted by law.

No. 2419(4852) and being a part of a 5.784 Acre tract owned by Continental Capital Fund I, Ltd. by
deed of record in Instrument No. 199805180119867, Auditor's Parcel No. 273-009731, all references
being to those in the Recorder's Office, Franklin County, Ohio and more particularly described as
follows:
Commencing at a railroad spike found at the intersection of Rings Road and Paul G. Blazer Parkway at
a point 21.50 feet right of proposed Rings Road centerline station 54+21.04: thence, N 05019'56" Wa
distance of 21.54 feet along the centerline of Paul G. Blazer Parkway to proposed Rings Road
centerline at station 54+22.36; thence along the proposed centerline N 84038'49" E a distance of
100.02 feet to station 55+22.38; thence, N 05021'11" W a distance of 48.50 feet to a point 48.50 feet
