II NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Dublin, State of I II Ohio, 7 of the elected members concurring: I II II Section 1. That the City Manager be and hereby is authorized to execute on behalf of the City of Dublin the Deed of Easement attached hereto as Exhibit A and incorporated herein by reference to Sanitary Sewer Line, all as more fully described in said easement attached hereto. Section 2. That the City Engineer be, and hereby is, directed to have the right-of-way and easement instrument recorded at the Franklin County Recorder's Office. Section 3. That this Resolution shall take effect and be in force from and after the earliest period allowed by law.
