The regular meeting of the Dublin Village Council was held at 8:00 pm at the
municipal bldg with Mayor Joseph Dixon presiding.
Roll oall was held as foll~fs: COffman,present,Denney,present,Karrer,present,
Maoklin,present ,Schontzler ,present and Ulrey ,present.
The minutes of the preceeding meeting were read and approved.

Mr. Karrer moved, seconded by Mr. Ulrey that the bills be paid. Vote thereon
was unanimous.
Ordinance 22-71 dealing with a cce Zoning was introduced by 1~. Karrer. The
Ordinance was read for tte first time. Mr. Denney moved, seconded by Mr.
Schontzler to dispense with the three time reading rule. Vote on the motion
and the Ordinanoe was unanimous.
After a very long discussion on Police matters, ~~. Macklin moved, seconded
by Mr. Ulrey to inform tlle Wa shlimgton Twp. Trustees that we are not interesbd
in contracting the Sheriffs Office fer police protection. Five voted yes and
!~. Schontzler abstained.
