II WHEREAS, a goal of the Dublin City Council is to continue to acquire land for parkland I
I and recreation purposes; and i
I WHEREAS, the City of Dublin is alsn preparing to realign and widen W oemer- Temple '

I Road; and

II WHEREAS, the aforementioned objectives will require the City of Dublin to obtain a fee
!I simple interest in and to the premises described in the attached Exhibit IIAII, located in the
I. City of Dublin, Franklin County, Ohio.
I NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council, of the City of Dublin, State
II of Ohio, S of the elected members concurring that:
II Section I. Council considers it necessary and declares its intention to appropriate, for
II the realignment and widening of Woerner-Temple Road and for parkland and recreation
,III purposes, a fee simple interest in and to the premises located in the City of Dublin, Ohio,
.i and more fully described in the legal description attached hereto as Exhibit IIAII.

II Section 2. The City Manager is hereby authorized to cause written notice of the
I'I passage of this Resolution to be served upon the owners and persons in possession or
i having an interest of record in the above-described property. This notice shall be served
II according to law.

i.111 Section 3. This Resolution shall take effect and be in force from and after the earliest
i date permitted by law.
