il WHEREAS, the City of Dublin is preparing to construct a bikepath along Dublin
" Road between Brand Road and Brandonway Drive; and
WHEREAS, said improvement will require the City of Dublin to obtain a permanent
bikepath easement and temporary construction easement in and to the premises
described in the attached Exhibits "A" and "B" located in the City of Dublin, Franklin
County, Ohio.

i NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council, of the City of Dublin,
:1 State of Ohio, '- ~ of the elected members concurring that:

i Section 1. Council considers it necessary and declares its intention to
I[ appropriate, for the purpose of constructing a bikepath along Dublin Road between
il Brand Road and Brandonway Drive, a permanent bikepath easement and temporary
II construction easement in and to the premises located in the City of Dublin, Ohio, and
ii more fully described in the legal descriptions attached hereto as Exhibits "A" and
I "B",
ii
,: Section 2. The City Manager is hereby authorized to cause written notice of the
'i passage of this Resolution to be served upon the owners and persons in possession
Ii or having an interest of record in the above-described property. This notice shall be
:! served according to law.
it Section 3. This Resolution shall take effect and be in force from and after the
'! earliest date permitted by law.

DESCRIPTION OF PERMANENT BIKEPATH EASEMENT, DUBLIN ROAD
Situated in the State of Ohio, County of Franklin, City of Dublin, in the V.M.S. #2543
and being part of a 1.0763 acre parcel conveyed to R. Kenneth Webb & Mary D. Webb
by Survivorship Deed of Record in Volume 3672, Page 371, of the Franklin County
Recorder's Office, and being more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at the point of intersection of the existing westerly right-of-way line of Dublin
Road (Dublin-Bellepoint/State Route 745) with the grantor's northerly property line, also
being the southerly property line of a 6.433 acre parcel conveyed to the Berean Bible
Church in Volume 3484, Page 524, said point being N 860 53' 25" W, a distance of 41.96
feet from a found railroad spike at the centerline of Dublin Road (Dublin-Bellepoint/State
Route 745);
Thence with said westerly right-of-way line S 14029' 10" E, a distance of63.62 feet
to a point;
Thence leaving said right-of-way line N 270 24' 17" W, a distance of70.39 feet to a
point on the grantor's northerly property line;
Thence with the grantor's northerly property line S 860 53' 25" E, a distance of 16.51
feet to the true point of beginning and containing 0.011 acres, more or less. Subject
to all legal highways, easements and restrictions of record.
The bearings for the above description and drawing are based on the bearing of S 15046'
47" E, for the centerline of Dublin Road (Dublin-Bellepoint/State Route 745) as shown
on the plat of Brandon Section 4, recorded in Plat Book 71, Page 02, on file at the
Franklin County Recorder's Office.
This description is based on a survey made, under the direction and supervision of Abdul-
