Roll oall was held as follows: Coffman,present,Denney,present,Karrer,pr7sen~, Maoklin,present,Sohontzler,present, and Ulrey,present. ~,.-_"", The minutes of the preoeeding meeting were read and approved. The following bills were submitted Nationwide Ins. Phillips 66 Syntonic Technology Union Oil Ohio municipal League Civil Defense Standard Oil Don Rose Columbus Dispatoh Thorpe Motors Wilson Auto Blue Cross R. Savage M. Koontz P. Miller for payment. 96.00 truck ins. 8.56 cruiser gas 92.00 vas oar repair 9.36 cruiser gas 45.00 72 dues 70.14 72 dues 78.65 oruiser gas l3.70 solioitor oosts 23.10 legal ad 12.46 winterize cruiser 50.00 align wheel on cruiser 63.00 hughes ooverage 56.88 street labor 4l.13 If " 60.00 polioe duty Mr. Karrer moved, seconded by Mr. Coffman that the bills be paid. Vote thereon was unanimous. Ordinanoe 20-7l dealing with amending Appropriations for 1971 was introduoec by Mr. Sohontzler. The Ordinanoe was read for the first time. Mr. Denney moved, seoonded by Mr. Maoklin to dispense with the three time reading rule Vote on the motion and the Ordinance was unanimous. Ordinanoe 2l-71 dealing with a contraot with Perry Township for Communioat"on servioes was introduced by Mr. Karrer. The Ordinanoe was read for the first time. ~~. Denney moved, seoonded by Mr. Macklin to dispense with the three time reading rule. Vote on the motion and the Ordinance was ~~. s n~ 1-t}~AM'.rr p Mr. Karrer moved, seoonded by Mr. Coffman to instruct Burgess and Niple to proceed with their proposed list of studies to be made in regard to land use planning, sub-division regu~tions, etc. The motion was approved unanimcusly, Mr. Ulrey moved. seconded by Mr. Denney to purohase tile to replace broken and stopped up tile on S. High st. between Longview Dr. and Marion st. Motic~ was approved unanimously. Mr. Corfman was appointed to oheck out the street and property line situation involving Dr. Karrers property.
