II WHEREAS, said improvement will require the City of Dublin to obtain a permanent
II bikepath easement and temporary construction easement in and to the premises
'I described in the attached Exhibits "A", "B" and "C" located in the City of Dublin,
II Franklin County, Ohio.

II NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council, of the City of Dublin,

Section 1. Council considers it necessary and declares its intention to
I appropriate, for the purpose of constructing a bikepath along Dublin Road between
Brand Road and Brandonway Drive, a permanent bikepath easement and temporary
II construction easement in and to the premises located in the City of Dublin, Ohio, and
Ii more fully described in the legal descriptions attached hereto as Exhibits "A", "B"

DESCRIPTION OF PERMANENT BIKEPATH EASEMENT, DUBLIN ROAD
Situated in the State of Ohio, County of Franklin, City of Dublin, in the V.M.S.
#2543 and being part of a 6.433 acre parcel conveyed to Berean Bible Church by
Deed of Record in Volume 3484, Page 524, of the Franklin County Recorder's
Office, and being more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at the point of intersection of the existing westerly right-of-way line of
Dublin Road (Dublin-Bellepoint/State Route 745) with the grantor's southerly
property line also being the northerly property line of a 1.0763 acre parcel conveyed
to R. Kenneth Webb and Mary D. Webb in Volume 3672, Page 371, said point being
N 860 53' 25" W, a distance of 31.4 7 feet from a found iron pin at the grantor's
southeasterly property comer;
Thence with the grantor's southerly property line and the 1.0763 acre northerly
property line N 860 53' 25" W, a distance of27.00 feet to a point;
Thence leaving the grantor's southerly property line N 260 52' 06" W, a distance
of 93.00 feet to a point;
Thence N 14029' 10" W, a distance of 152.00 feet to a point;
Thence N 000 06' 25" E, a distance of 60.60 feet to a point on the grantor's
northerly property line also being the southerly property line of Reserve "A",
Bellepoint Place, recorded in Plat Book 88, Page 67;
Thence with the grantor's northerly property line and said Reserve "A" southerly
property line S 860 53' 25" E, a distance of 31.90 feet to a point on the existing
westerly right-of-way line of said Dublin Road (Dublin-Bellepoint/State Route
745);
Thence with said westerly right-of-way line S 140 29' 10" E, a distance of 300.00
feet to the true point of beginning and containing 0.284 acres, more or less.
Subject to all legal highways, easements and restrictions of record.
The bearings for the above description and drawing are based on the bearing of S 150
46' 47" E, for the centerline of Dublin Road (Dublin-Bellepoint/State Route 745) as

Beginning at a point on the grantor's southerly property line also being the northerly

58.47 feet from a found iron pin at the grantor's southeasterly property comer;
