DUBLIN UNTIL MARCH 31, 2001 i

WHEREAS, Council has adopted a revised time frame for appointments to boards and \
commissions, and currently conducts the interview and appointment process during the I
I
first quarter of each year; and \
i
WHEREAS, James Sprague, member of the Planning & Zoning Commission whose term I
expires on December 31, 2000 has agreed to serve until March 31, 2001 to accommodate
I
I
this revised time frame. I

NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Dublin, State I
I
of Ohio, -1-- of the elected members concurring that: I
I
Section 1. The Planning & Zoning Commission term of James Sprague is hereby !
extended to March 31, 2001. i

Section 2. This resolution is effective upon passage as provided under Section 4.04(a) of \
the Revised Charter. I
