PARTNERSHIP") LOCATED EAST OF RIVERSIDE DRIVE, CITY
OF DUBLIN, COUNTY OF FRANKLIN, STATE OF OHIO.
WHEREAS, the City of Dublin is preparing to install storm sewer improvements
along Riverside Drive in Dublin, Ohio; and
WHEREAS, said improvement will require the City of Dublin to obtain two storm
sewer easements and a temporary construction easement in and to the premises
described in the attached Exhibits "A, Band C" located in the City of Dublin, Franklin
County, Ohio.
NOW THEREF~, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council, of the City of Dublin,
State of Ohio, of the elected members concurring that:
Section 1. Council considers it necessary and declares its intention to appropriate,
for the purpose of installing storm sewer improvements along Riverside Drive in
Dublin, Ohio, two storm sewer easements and a temporary construction easement in
and to the premises located in the City of Dublin, Ohio, and more fully described in the
legal descriptions attached hereto as Exhibits "A, Band C ".
Section 2. The City Manager is hereby authorized to cause written notice of the
passage of this Resolution to be served upon the owners and persons in possession or
having an interest of record in the above-described property. This notice shall be
served according to law.
Section 3. This Resolution shall take effect and be in force from and after the
earliest date permitted by law.

STORM SEWER EASEMENT

Situated in the State of Ohio, County of Franklin, City of Dublin, Section 11, Quarter Township
2, Township 2, Range 19, United States Military Lands, and being a 20.00 foot strip of land out of that
parcel of land as conveyed to M.D.T. Real Estate Management Ltd. Partnership of record in Instrument
Number 200007060133519, (all deed references refer to records of the Recorder's Office, Franklin
County, Ohio) and described as follows:
Beginning at the intersection of the northerly line of Grantor's tract with the easterly right-of-way
line of Riverside Drive;
thence South 860 54' 50" East, with the northerly line of Grantor's tract, a distance of235.20 feet
to a point at the southeasterly corner of that 2.37 acres tract as conveyed to Wendy's International in Deed
Book 3484, Page 718;
thence South 03005' 10" West, across Grantor's tract, a distance of20.00 feet to a point;
thence North 860 54' 50" West, continuing across Grantor's tract a distance of 227.30 feet to a
point in said easterly right-of-way line;
thence North 18028' 53" West, with said easterly right-of-way line, a distance of21.51 feet to
the Point of Beginning and containing 0.107 acres of land, more or less.
