The regular meeting of the Dublin Village Council was held at 8:00 PM at the
municipal building with Mayor Joseph Dixon presiding.
Roll call was held as follows :Coffman,present ,DelUley ,present ,Karrer ,present,
Macklin,present,Schontzler,present and Ulrey,present.
T~e minutes of the preceeding meeting wore read and approved.

~u. Karrer moved, seoonded by Mr. Coffman that the bills be paid. Vote thereon
was unanimous.
Resolution 07-7l dealing with setting a time and place for a Public Hearing
on Distriot CCC was introduoed by Mr. Schontzler. The Resolution was read for
the first time. 'Mr. Ulrey moved, seconded by Mr. Karrer to dispense with the
three tmme reading rule. Vote on the motion and the Resolution was unanimous.
Ordinance l8-7l dealing with naming a Tax Administrator to administer the
Village Income tax was inreoducod by Mr. Karrer. The Oddinanoe was read for
the first time. Mr. Schontzler moved, seoonded by Mr. Denney to dispense
wi th the three time readinf rule. Vote on the motion and the Ordinance was unar imou:
Ordinance 19-7l dealing with naming Ward Foster as a member of the Planning
and Zoning Commission was introduced by Mr. Macklin. The Ordinance was read for
the first time. Mr. Karrer moved, seoonded by Mr. Schontzler to dispense with
the three time reading rule. Vote on the motion and the Ordinanoe was unanimots.
Mayor Dixon swore in Mr. Foster as a member of the P&:Z Commission.
A long discussion was held on Police matters, including a mmnority report by
Mr. Sohontzler. No aotion was t8.lken on any matters discussed at this time.
The Solicitor reported that there is to be a meeting to disouss a Water contrBct
with the City of Columbus on November 9, 1971 at 4 PM Service Directors OffiCE.
A storm sewer problem on Dublin Rd was discussed and Mr. ~wers Village Engr is
to check the problem out as soon as possible.
