WHEREAS, the City of Dublin is preparing to install storm sewer improvements
~-' along Riverside Drive in Dublin, Ohio; and
WHEREAS, said improvement will require the City of Dublin to obtain a temporary !
construction easement in and to the premises described in the attached Exhibit "A"
I located in the City of Dublin, Franklin County, Ohio. I

I NOW THEREF~RE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council, of the City of Dublin, I

State of Ohio, of the elected members concurring that:
Section 1. Council considers it necessary and declares its intention to appropriate,
for the purpose of installing storm sewer improvements along Riverside Drive in
Dublin, Ohio, a temporary construction easement in and to the premises located in the
City of Dublin, Ohio, and more fully described in the legal description attached hereto
as Exhibit "A".
Section 2. The City Manager is hereby authorized to cause written notice of the
passage of this Resolution to be served upon the owners and persons in possession or
having an interest of record in the above-described property. This notice shall be
served according to law.
Section 3. This Resolution shall take effect and be in force from and after the
earliest date permitted by law.

TEMPORARY EASEMENT
0.032 ACRE
Situated in the State of Ohio, County of Franklin, City of Dublin, Section 18, Quarter Township
2, Township 2, Range 19, United States Military Lands, and being a strip of land out of that parcel of land
as conveyed to Jacqueline S. McKnight of record in Official Record 28083J01, (all deed references refer
to records of the Recorder's Office, Franklin County, Ohio) and described as follows:
Beginning, for reference, at the intersection of the southerly line of Grantor's tract with the
westerly right-of-way line of Riverside Drive;
thence North 11041' 55" West, with the easterly line of Grantor's tract a distance of 61.02 feet to
the True Point of Beginning for this description;
thence across Grantor's tract the following courses:
South 780 34' 29" West, a distance of 19.60 feet to a point;
North 1}o 25' 3 1" West, a distance of 73.00 feet to a point;
North 850 03' 43" East, a distance of 19.38 feet to a point on said easterly line;
thence South 110 41' 55" East with said easterly line a distance of 70.81 feet to the True Point of
Beginning and containing 0.032 acres ofland, more or less.
