!I WHEREAS, said improvement will require the City of Dublin to obtain a temporary

I construction easement in and to the premises described in the attached Exhibit "A"

I located in the City of Dublin, Franklin County, Ohio.

1\ NOW THEREF~RE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council, of the City of Dublin.
I State of Ohio, of the elected members concurring that:
II Section 1. Council considers it necessary and declares its intention to appropriate,
I for the purpose of installing storm sewer improvements along Riverside Drive in
I Dublin, Ohio, a temporary construction easement in and to the premises located in the
! City of Dublin, Ohio, and more fully described in the legal description attached hereto
II as Exhibit "A".

1\ Section 2, The City Manager is hereby authorized to cause written notice of the
11 passage of this Resolution to be served upon the owners and persons in possession or
il
II having an interest of record in the above-described property. This notice shall be
II served according to law.

Section 3. This Resolution shall take effect and be in force from and after the
\ earliest date permitted by law.

TEMPORARY EASEMENT
0,007 ACRE
Situated in the State of Ohio, County of Franklin, City of Dublin, Section 17, Quarter Township
2, Township 2, Range 19, United States Military Lands, and being a 10.00 foot strip ofland out of that
parcel ofland as conveyed to Kenneth R. Ingall of record in Instrument Number 199807280188935, (all
deed references refer to records of the Recorder's Office, Franklin County, Ohio) and described as
follows:
Beginning, for reference, at the intersection of the northerly line of Grantor's tract with the easterly
right-of-way line of Riverside Drive;
thence South 05008' 10" West, with the westerly line of Grantor's tract a distance of 8.90 feet to
the True Point of Beginning for this description;
thence across Grantor's tract the following courses:
South 840 51' 50" East, a distance of 10.00 feet to a point;
South 050 08' 10" West, a distance ono.oo feet to a point;
North 840 51' 50" West, a distance of 10.00 feet to a point on said westerly line;
thence North 050 08' 10" East, with said westerly line, a distance of 30.00 feet to the True Point
of Beginning and containing 0.007 acres ofland, more or less.
