;1 Section 1. Jeffrey M. Ferezan is hereby appointed to the unexpired term of Denise Franz
I King on the Natural Resources Advisory Commission, a term which will expire on March
31,2001.

\ Section 2. The above-named person shall serve until a successor is appointed or until death,
I resignation, or removal for canse as determined by City Council.
Section 3. The member herein appointed shall serve without compensation.
Section 4. This resolution is effective upon passage as provided under Section 4.04(a) of
the Revised Charter.
