Ii Ii " Ii NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by Council of the City of Dublin, State of Ohio, '7 of the elected members concurring that: Section 1. The City Manager be and hereby is, on behalf of the City of Dublin, authorized to accept and execute easements, attached here to as Exhibit A through G, and incorporated herein by reference to the Muirfield Green, Phase II subdivision, all as more fully described in the said easement instrument attached hereto. Section 2. That the City Engineer be, and hereby is directed to have the Easement and Right-of-Way instrument recorded at the Franklin County Recorders office. Section 3. That this Resolution shall take effect on the earliest date allowed by law. These easements were J inadvertently left off of the original plat for the subdivision. Engineering staff has worked diligently with the design engineers to obtain these easements from various individuals to eliminate future problems. These easements are marked as Exhibit A through G. Attached is a copy of the subdivision plat that has been marked to show the location of these easements in their entirety. No costs will be incurred in obtaining these easements.
