36-00 Resolution RECORD OF RESOLUTIONS Daylan legal Blank Co, Farm No, 30045 I' I I I I Resolution No. 36-00 Passed .19n r~ 1 I I A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER I I ,I II EXECUTE AND ACCEPT SANITARY SEWER EASEMENTS I IN MUIRFIELD GREEN, PHASE II i ,I II WHEREAS, the City of Dublin is desirous of obtaining easements for sanitary sewers in II the Muirfield Green, Phase II subdivision, details of which are more fully set forth in the II attached documents; and I II WHEREAS, the City Engineer and Director of Law of the City of Dublin have I Ii determined that the Easement and Right-of-Way instruments are satisfactory; and II WHEREAS, the Easements will provide access to existing sanitary sewers in Dublin. Ii Ii " Ii NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by Council of the City of Dublin, State of Ohio, '7 of the elected members concurring that: Section 1. The City Manager be and hereby is, on behalf of the City of Dublin, authorized to accept and execute easements, attached here to as Exhibit A through G, and incorporated herein by reference to the Muirfield Green, Phase II subdivision, all as more fully described in the said easement instrument attached hereto. Section 2. That the City Engineer be, and hereby is directed to have the Easement and Right-of-Way instrument recorded at the Franklin County Recorders office. Section 3. That this Resolution shall take effect on the earliest date allowed by law. These easements were J inadvertently left off of the original plat for the subdivision. Engineering staff has worked diligently with the design engineers to obtain these easements from various individuals to eliminate future problems. These easements are marked as Exhibit A through G. Attached is a copy of the subdivision plat that has been marked to show the location of these easements in their entirety. No costs will be incurred in obtaining these easements.
