;i A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO

il EXECUTE ANY AND ALL AGREEMENTS AND RELATED
DOCUMENTS NECESSARY TO EFFECTUATE AN
EXCHANGE OF LAND WITH THE INDIAN RUN UNITED
METHODIST CHURCH OF DUBLIN, INC.
WHEREAS, the Indian Run United Methodist Church of Dublin, Inc, ("the Church")
currently owns certain property located near Brand Road, which is described in more
detail in the attached legal description ("Exhibit A"); and
WHEREAS, the Church has offered to give the City of Dublin ("City") an easement
over such property for use as a bikepath; and
WHEREAS, the City desires to obtain this easement to ensure greater connectivity
among the City bikepaths, which has been a stated goal of the City; and
WHEREAS, in consideration for such bikepath easement, the City desires to give to
the Church certain land the City owns in the vicinity of the proposed bikepath on Old
A very Road, which is described in more detail in the attached legal description
("Exhibit B"); and
NOW, THERE?,ORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Council of the City of Dublin,
State of Ohio, of the elected members concurring, that:
Section 1, The City Manager is hereby authorized to execute any and all agreements
and related documents necessary to effectuate the exchange of land between the City
and the Church as set forth in Exhibits A and B; and
Section 2. This resolution shall take effect and be in force from and after the earliest
date provided by law.
