! A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE DONATION OF CERTAIN
i
PROPERTY LOCATED IN THE DUBLIN HISTORIC DISTRICT,
SOUTH OF STATE ROUTE 161
WHEREAS, Grabill & Co. LLC currently owns certain property located in the Dublin
Historic District south of State Route 161, which is described in more detail in the
attached legal description; and
WHEREAS, Grabill & Co. LLC has offered to donate that property to the City of Dublin
for use as a parking lot; and
WHEREAS, there is a demonstrated need for increased parking in Historic Dublin; and
WHEREAS, the general public, as well as customers of the Old Dublin Town Center,
will benefit from the increased parking; and
WHEREAS, once the City has accepted the property, the City will be responsible for
making all improvements for parking; and
NOW, T~FORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Council of the City of Dublin, State
of Ohio, of the elected members concurring, that:
Section 1. The donation ofthat land described in the attached legal description is hereby
accepted; and
Section 2. The City will make such improvements to the property as are necessary to
construct a parking lot; and I
Section 3. This resolution shall take effect and be in force from and after the earliest date I
provided by law. I
