:1 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Dublin, State of
I Ohio, ~ of the elected members concurring that:

~i Section 1. Thomas Holton is hereby appointed to the unexpired term ofG. Lynn McCurdy
I on the Architectural Review Board, a term which expires on March 31, 2003.

, Section 2. G. Lynn McCurdy is hereby appointed to a three-year term on the Board of
:1 Zoning Appeals, a term which will expire on March 31,2004.

ii Section 3. The above-named persons shall serve until a successor is appointed or until death,

': resignation, or removal for cause as determined by City Council.

il Section 4. The members herein appointed shall serve without compensation.
,I Section 5. This resolution is effective upon passage as provided under Section 4.04(a) of
